Who is Justin?
Justin Goodman is a registered dietitian in the state of Maryland. Justin holds a Bachelor of
Science in Business from Towson University and Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Morgan
State University. He completed a dietetic internship focusing on medical nutrition therapy and
sports nutrition with Onnit, EXOS, Towson University, and Doctor’s Community Hospital.
Justin is currently accepting new clients with diverse needs, including body composition (weight
loss, weight gain, and weight maintenance), athletic nutrition optimization, medical nutrition
therapy and disordered eating. He understands there is no “one size fits all” in nutrition. That’s
why Justin works with the individual in developing longitudinal goals that are sustainable.
