Who is Harrison?

Prior to becoming a Performance Coach at Future, Harrison has been a Tier 3+ Personal Trainer at Equinox in New York City, and as an independent online coach. At one of the top fitness brands on the planet, he was one of the top 100 trainers worldwide for 4 years straight, helping numerous clients achieve their fitness goals and developing a better relationship with their bodies & exercise. His decade in the fitness industry and pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Towson University have paved the way to becoming a Performance Coach at Future.

Harrison has been a successful endurance athlete for over a decade, with such
accolades as completing the Spartan Death Race, the World’s Toughest Mudder and the
Battlefrog Endurance series. He’s also participated in the Fuego y Agua Survival Run, a 50kmvolcano challenge, and came close to taking the World Record for 24-hours of Pull-Ups. The lessons of grit, emotional resilience, determination and mental toughness have been hallmarked staples of the training style of Harrison with his clients. Physical fitness is a bridge to development in your mental, emotional and holistic self-improvement, and Harrison has made his hindsight, your foresight.

Where the mind goes, the body follows. Harrison strives to empower his clients with both the right motivation, mental frame of mind, and habits to follow through with the proper behaviors that’ll put them in the position to achieve their goals. Information is nothing without implementation, and Harrison’s strength is to have you win in the mind before you even step foot in the gym, in the kitchen, or in your daily life. Those who fail to plan, plan to fail and Harrison sets you up to succeed every step of the way. Victory is the sum of small steps, and Harrison strives to knock those down into the big changes you’ll need to win.
