How do you tie it all together?

We have all the information, both anecdotal and in isolation. However, every person, and their situation, body, circumstances, etc are all different. How you apply the information to your specific situation is completely relative as there is no one answer for every one person. Context matters, and Harrison's online and in-person services can assist you in filtering down this information into something specific to you.
